Your recruiting plan,
built around your class
From your first varsity season to signing day, former college coaches tell you where you stand, which programs fit your level, and what to do next. Your plan follows your class year, not a template.
Highlight Film
Coaches decide whether to keep watching within seconds. Drawing on real coaching experience, we tell you exactly what your highlight tape needs to look like to hold their attention.
- Clear direction on how to organize your game film the way coaches actually want to see it
- Academic stats (GPA, test scores), position & team info
- Guidance on what your highlight film needs to include for your grad year
- Ongoing updates as new film and stats come in
- Hudl assistance if needed
Direct Coach Outreach
We identify programs that fit your position, size, and academic goals at the right level for a multi-year recruiting window, then introduce you directly and personally, not through a mass email list that gets deleted on sight.
- Target-school list built around fit and grad year, not name recognition
- Direct advocacy on your behalf with each coaching staff
- Consistent follow-up tracking on every outreach
- Camp & combine recommendations that build your film year over year
Recruiting Education & Signing Support
Recruiting rules, eligibility requirements, and financial aid packages are confusing by design, especially the first time through. We translate every step into plain language from freshman year through signing day.
- NCAA / NAIA eligibility & academic guidance from day one
- Offer comparison & negotiation support once offers start coming in
- Official & unofficial visit planning
- Paperwork support through National Signing Day

I have worked with GamePlan and Coach Thompson since I was a junior in high school, they have been with me every step of the way. Coach Thompson and the GamePlan staff are well connected throughout the country and will help you reach your goals. Working with them has been an absolute pleasure and I proudly say I am a GamePlan client, I consider them family.

GamePlan helped me find a FBS school both out of junior college and the portal. The coaches show they care and do their jobs better than anyone else in the business. Without GamePlan I wouldn’t be where I am today and I’m forever grateful to have guys like them in my corner.

GamePlan has connected me with schools all over the country at every level. Matt and Hunter have always been available, supportive, and made me feel like family. I would highly recommend GamePlan to any athlete whether you’re in high school or a transfer looking for your next opportunity.

Common questions from parents
What grade should my athlete start at?
Earlier is easier, but it depends heavily on position and division. Many families start sophomore or junior year; a strong plan can still make a real difference senior year.
Do you guarantee a scholarship or roster spot?
No, and any service or agent that promises this isn’t being straight with you. We guarantee an honest evaluation, a real plan, and consistent effort executing it.
How involved do parents need to be?
As involved as you want. Most families stay closely looped in on scheduling and offers, while we handle the day-to-day outreach and coordination.
Can you help if my athlete already has offers?
Yes. We help you evaluate the offers you already have, compare fit and level, and keep outreach going so you’re not missing better options while you decide.
Not sure where to start?
Tell us about your athlete and we’ll recommend a starting point.
