These terms govern your use of GamePlan Athletics's site and recruiting tools (the Big Board, Roster Intel, and any evaluation add-on). By using the site or tools, you agree to these terms.
What the Tools Are
The Big Board and Roster Intel are a data and fit-scoring tool. The Big Board and Roster Intel generate a ranked list of programs based on the information you provide (measurables, academics, production stats) compared against publicly available and third-party data about rosters and competition.
Evaluation Calls
If you purchase a personal evaluation, GamePlan Athletics staff will review the information you provide and speak with you about what coaches at your target level typically look for. GamePlan Athletics advises on what to highlight; we do not produce, edit, or package game film.
Accounts & Eligibility
- A free account shows a preview of the tools. The Big Board and Roster Intel are included with a Jump Start call (your coach unlocks them for you on the call) or GamePlan All Access. You can also buy RosterIQ on its own for $300: one year of access that starts when you pay, with no call or evaluation, and it isn't credited toward GamePlan All Access. To become a member you sign in with a link or code sent to your own email address.
- You must be 13 or older to sign up. One account per person; don't share your account or sign up with someone else's email. An account can be signed in on one device at a time; signing in on a new device signs out the old one. A sign-in link or code only works on the internet connection that asked for it.
- Member access is for your own recruiting research. Copying, scraping, or republishing the data is not allowed, and we may suspend accounts that do.
- Texts from GamePlan Athletics are sent only if you opt in; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should be involved in the purchase and in scheduling any evaluation call made on your behalf.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (measurables, stats, grad year, etc.). Results are only as good as the information provided.
Payment & Access
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing for each product is shown at checkout.
- Access is tied to the email address used at purchase.
- Late upgrades (e.g., adding an evaluation after your initial purchase) are priced separately, as shown on your dashboard.
- All purchases are final. See Refunds below.
Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Our tools are data products: once you complete a purchase, you're granted access to the underlying data and scoring (the Big Board and/or Roster Intel), which is delivered immediately and can't be "returned." This applies whether or not you've logged in, viewed your results, or scheduled an evaluation call.
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge), contact us and we'll look into it.
Data & Content
The rankings, scoring methodology, and underlying data compiled by GamePlan Athletics are the property of GamePlan Athletics. You may use your own results for your personal recruiting process; you may not scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or methodology.
No Warranty
The site and tools are provided "as is." School and roster data changes throughout the year and coverage varies by division and position; we work to keep it current but don't guarantee it's complete or error-free at any given moment.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GamePlan Athletics's liability for any claim related to our site and tools is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for recruiting outcomes, decisions made based on your results, or third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, Calendly) used to deliver our site and tools.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our site and tools change. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
